BEGINNINGS
- The firm started out as a management consultancy offering regulatory and legal advisory, training and automated (electronic) operational systems assessment and development services to project contractors and service firms in the environmental management business.
- Metrowide began as an operating unit within the corporate structure - providing legal, research, technical and project development and implementation support, including the performance of internal systems and performance audits on environmental compliance - particularly of the IPM Group's flagship company, IPM Construction and Development Corporation. The services rendered by the unit eventually were spun off and became an independent cost and revenue center and given its own corporate identity.
